Welcome to BirdingTexel.com

I started this site in April 2013. So that I can share photos and recent records on Texel with others. In addition to birdwatching and photographing on this beautiful Wadden island I have visited many foreign destinations. From these trips I have put a wide selection of photographs on this site, too.Hopefully they encourage you to arrange a trip to Texel. Undoubtedly the best place in the Netherlands for birdwatching.

I hope to see you soon on Texel and .........keep on birding!
